Good package overall and team work

Too much personnel rotation and strict HR

There are a lot of Employee Engagement activities,

Rostering Management are not considerate of their staff especially leave out staff. They will ask the area where you stay and they will put you to the farthest station from your home. Extremely difficult to talk and doesn't even bother to acknowledge where they are lacking.
