I genuinely haven’t encountered any significant downsides, but as with any company, there is always room for growth and improvement. The company is growing rapidly, so adapting to changes quickly is important. However, leadership does a great job of keeping employees informed. The nature of the industry means things can get fast-paced, which might not suit everyone. RMP Enterprise already does a fantastic job, but offering even more structured training programs could be beneficial.
