Having a job. Recruiters move fairly quick during the hiring process. Prompt response to emals. Contractor has own email account for company correspondence.
Cons
Recruiter not well informed about assignment's responsibilities or competencies. Payday is when you get your check in the mail not on actual payday. No direct-deposit! Full-time, no benefits, not even the choice to get benefits.
