Pros
Some of the coworkers are nice. Definitely fast paced. Because there is no real financial strategy supporting creative, some work will get high levels of exposure. There are a lot of irons in the fire and not a lot of communication so you will learn to be nimble.
Cons
Generally, I would only recommend this place as a first step for somebody straight out of college as a résumé builder. Deadlines are frequently not met. Direction changes on a whim and is often not communicated. Raises and bonuses are not a given regardless of performance. Well intended Employees are berated frequently due to poor communication from management and executive team. They rarely promote from within and would rather outside hire, unless you are in some way related to ownership. Nepotism is rampant, you will not have growth opportunities based on skill, but with savvy you may learn to manage up and deal with difficult situations. HR is almost nonexistent.
