Good work environment, good culture

Would like more aggressive commission structure

My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
