Difficult to say. Probably the only good thing here are 70% of coworkers.
Cons
-The owners make everyone’s work life miserable - H.R. has the award of being the worst. Everything this person does is in pro of the company (owners) not the employees. This person has a crown here, does as she pleases. Has a lot of saying on salaries and benefits. - There is a lot of favoritism in this office; like awarding just a few people with a trip to the Bahamas during a regular workday while the rest had to go in to work as a normal day. - Salaries, they depend on things like how much they like you and the mood of the day, very few make a descent amount, others make just to get by. - People come and go, the norm is that new hires only work there for a couple of weeks, or hours, like it just happened a week ago. - This company needs new leaders, starting with a new HR person and management. - Benefits are almost non existing - They expect you to be in the office during a storm - Is very common to hear arguments and people being mistreated
