I have been a Customer Success Manager for 3 years, but am new to the Record360 team. I can say that not only are they innovative, but supportive in every aspect of your role. Just like most organizations, we are focused on growth, but even as we grow ,there is an intimacy to the work environment that is unmatched. The leadership team is open to hearing new ideas, and everyone is rooting for you to succeed. It's a really positive environment, and while the CEO is focused, he is very approachable and cares about his team. Additional Fun Pros: - Professional Development sessions (monthly) - Quarterly events (we just took a virtual harmonica class together!) - Welcome Team Lunches (very warm welcomes to everyone) - Genuine conversations with your leaders I am very happy with my decision to join a new CX team and the company is going places, and fast!
