1. Lazy environment 2. Smoke and Drinks after 8 pm 3. Unprofessional creative, copy and senior management team. 4. Work come after 4 pm and that will be in order at 6 pm, so late sitting are normal. 5. Hold bills for 3-4 months, of #BMW printing and even the reimbursement. 6. The things are getting more worst after the new VP.
