Pros
Strong team members, good discount on product. Good work/life balance.
Cons
Business model is very political, hard to drive change. Location, it’s expensive and inconvenient to get to work. Salary transparency is lacking and a promotions/merit is hard to come by - org doesn’t feel rewarded or valued. HR team is small and inattentive.
