      The summer months are busy with projects. Company has erected 90% of the wind towers in New England, so if you want to work on a wind project, then this is the company to work for. Overtime hours are available. Foreman are experienced and knowledgeable regarding their specific task(s).

      Cons

      The amount of overtime varies drastically depending on the crew you are placed on. The members on your crew can make or break the experience you have working for the company.
