You get out what you put in - Working closely with Account Managers and paying attention to job descriptions and recruiter notes has been invaluable to making many placements on Reflik Responsive Account Managers & great Fortune 500 clients Access to more jobs means my agency and I can match more of our candidates to jobs we wouldn't have had access to otherwise. Always adding new clients & jobs, so it keeps getting better
Cons
Sometimes it is competitive, but that's recruiting in general. Their clients really want the best candidates, so when I know I have a great candidate, I also trust Reflik and their clients move quickly to hire them.
