I worked at Regus full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Benefits are amazing. Great relationships built with clients

    Cons

I have worked In multiple markets and it’s about the same everywhere. Management doesn’t care if you are short staffed and have to work alone. You will frequently go without lunches. They expect you to handle customer issues without giving you the proper tools. Managers let community Associates run the show and have no respect for community managers. Training is almost non existent. They expect you to basically be 3 places at once. Oh and the major deal breaker! You are hourly and they expect you to give out your personal number to clients and take calls after hours without compensation and overtime is non existent
