Making Contract Work Fun - Anonymous employee RemitDATA Employee Review

I am currently an intern at RemitDATA. Everyone at RemitDATA is very knowledgeable and willingly shares this knowledge with others. I have learned an incredible amount since beginning with RemitDATA, and I enjoy going to work everyday! Everyone has a positive outlook and we all work well together.

RemitDATA is a small company, therefore there is a lot to get done within a small group of people. However, because of this I have gotten to help with many different projects that have exposed me to a variety of different aspects of the company.

The only pro at this point at RemitDATA is the technical talent within the organization

Poor leadership from the top, very high turn over in director/management levels, benefits worse every year with no raises/bonus' in as much time, new corporate strategy almost quarterly, company has turned into a "Good ole' boys" club with leadership bringing in friends and past co-workers to take leadership roles, and finally to that, zero opportunity for advancement barring a departure from the organization.
