Low pay, no clear direction from management, constantly shifting rules / standards (what was right one day is wrong the next). The company basically takes advantage of people with little to no computer skills who have problems, charge high rates for basic service and try to trap people into service agreements they don't need. They regularly have issues with the BBB and do not value their employees.
