      Pros

      Tie-ups with top tier companies.

      Cons

      They gave me the job role of "Network Administrator"...but the work that i do is not even remotely connected to " Network Administration". Only 1 Project-paid leave per month. Nothing other than that. I mean come-on are we robots? No increment even after working for more than 15 months.
