Pros
the other analysts were great people who I got on with really well. I did enjoy the work for most of the time I was there, athough it got very repetitive after a year.
Cons
I didn't feel the managing director or his second in command cared for our personal development or well being at all. They were not honest about changes that affected us and it left everyone feeling bitter and miserable. Being such a small company there was no room to progress or get promoted, so it's not a company you could stay at long term. Also, we sometimes had to work weekends/bank holidays around major holidays like Easter and Christmas, so these times of year were never very relaxing for me.
