Pros

Great learning opportunities, talented colleagues, international evironment

Cons

I have been working at Revolut for some time now, and it has been a rewarding experience. The company moves fast, which creates plenty of opportunities to learn, take ownership, and make a real impact. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and solving challenging problems, you will find a lot of exciting opportunities here. One of the things I appreciate most is the talented and driven people. I have had change to collaborate with colleagues from many different countries and background, which makes the workplace diverse and inspiring. The culture encourages innovation, high standards, and continuous improvement. There is a strong focus on results, but also on personal growth. I have developed both professionally and personally thanks to the level of responsibility and trust given to employees. Overall, Revolut is a great place for ambitious people who want to grow quickly, work with exceptional talent, and contribute to products used by millions of customers worldwide.

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
