Toxic environment with late pay and favoritism - EKG Tech RhythMedix Employee Review

Our paychecks are late, and whenever we ask about it, management just blames ADP every single time. Overtime is a mess. Some people get paid for it, some don't. It really just depends on how much management likes you. Also, some folks work off the clock just to keep management happy with them, and then they can get approved for paid time off easily. At least once a week, the whole team gets threatened with write ups, and sometimes even termination, for minor mistakes or just because we didn't hit like' on certain message that a supervisor tagged us in. That's what it's like working there its a highly stressful toxic environment
