Pros

Everything? Managment is talented, with a proven track record of above and beyond business, as well as intense mentor ship. These people are hard on their employees in a way that is more than necessary. They are about hard work and striving to be the best, and they take care of their people. Current sales manager is the best human being I have ever worked for, bar none. Driven - talented- creative and caring manager and CEO. Negative reviews come from those who expect an easy ride. With arguably the best real estate firm in the USA, that’s a no go. If you want cupcakes and trophies, go somewhere else. If you want comraderie, leadership and a true team that can build your skill set, double your income and actually invest in you - this is it. But you have to work for it!!!

Cons

Really, There’s no breakfast buffet.

Pros

There are a few pros to working here, but they definitely don't outweigh the cons. Free coffee and parking. Hour long lunches and you always get your 2 paid breaks.

Cons

This position (Inside Sales Agent) consists of calling people trying to sell their homes all day. Most of the time no one answers, and if they do they're upset the company won't stop calling. While on the phone you're encouraged (and taught during training) to lie to the home owner, and say anything you can to set an appointment. During interviews and training you're told you can make up to 40 dollars an hour, but we never make more than 12. You don't get sick days, paid vacation or any benefits... don't waste your time here, you'll get paid more and get more benefits working fast food. The turnover rate here is so high that they're constantly hiring, and doing training classes every week. If you are considering coming in for an interview or accepting a job here, make sure to do your research on the company, and the CEO Aaron Rian. His last company was shut down do to scamming people millions of dollars
