Chez Robert Half, j’ai trouvé un équilibre rare entre exigence et bienveillance. Les managers sont à l’écoute, les idées sont prises en compte et chacun peut avoir un vrai impact. L’environnement est stimulant, avec des projets variés et une forte culture du partage. Ce que j’apprécie le plus, c’est la transparence dans la communication et l’autonomie qu’on nous donne. In the technology practice, the unwillingness to adapt to a rapidly changing market can no longer be ignored. The impact of this resistance to change is becoming increasingly visible in the market. Clients and candidates have more options than ever before, and perceptions of the organization are being shaped by experiences that no longer align with current expectations. Without a willingness to listen to feedback and embrace new approaches, there is a real risk of causing lasting damage to the company's reputation, employee retention, and long-term competitiveness.
