      Pros

      Great WLB, not overworked at all, with flexible hours, great team (Infra group) and kept me fed lunch and dinner to take home if I wanted

      Cons

      None really in terms of internship, San Mateo is less interesting than San Francisco in my opinion if you want to live near the office

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
