Unpleasant work place - Anonymous employee Rubber-Cal Employee Review

-The boss, Beau. While he seems to be an okay person outside or work, during the workplace he's a bit blunt and unpleasant to work with. I've never had such a rude boss. -No benefits. -The boss liked to micro-manage EVERYTHING. While I get a lot of companies do this, he did it to the extent that he came off as a bit controlling and obsessed with his work (a.k.a. workaholic). -Every worker must give a daily, hourly report. -All young workers, I think they purposely hire young people to avoid anyone with experience.
