I have been working at SAP full-time

    Pros

Work life balance, ample opportunities for employees early on in their career

    Cons

Segregation based on your college. IITians work in data science posts whereas graduates from other colleges are given jobs pertaining to testing, Java, ABAP or UI development. IITians are also paid 5 lacs more than graduates from other colleges. You'd assume that these IIT graduates are smarter and more hard working than the others but mostly not the case. Hence, this distinction seems unfair.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing really.

I have been working at SAP full-time

      Pros

There is an entrepreneurial spirit at SAP. People are encouraged to try new ways of doing things on their own without fear of ramifications if it does not work.

      Cons

Work & life balance might difficult to achieve as sometimes it's required to travel back to back weeks.
