Pros

Snacks and food is plentiful as well as managements promise for work life balance, which doesn’t exist!

Cons

At least half of the employees are looking for opportunities in other companies. The company has seen a mass exodus after bonuses were paid and talent will continue to leave as management is deaf to the issues. Senior management run around likes chickens with their heads cut off and need to lead by example and be organized. Management says everything is a priority but no one knows how to prioritize anything! The talk of promotions are empty promises and only happen when people leave in droves, nepotism runs rampant at the core and favoritism is sickening.

Pros

Learning a lot about the industry and having the opportunity to work with different teams is a great experience. My manager is always willing to provide explanations and support, and the people at SCS are very friendly and supportive. I’m enjoying the role and learning a lot, which is great for someone who is hard-working and willing to put in the time to learn.

Cons

PCG handles a significant portion of administrative tasks, although other teams contribute to the overall workload. Additionally, short staffing across various teams, particularly PCG, has led to longer working hours.
