Cons
Employees do not go on lunch on time, sometimes 6-8 hours after shift. Some help desk employees talk behind each other back and smile in your face. There is a bit of a negative aurora within the office. You have to fight for days requested off and the 24/7 operations means you're schedule will likely change not in your favor. Benefits packages are high. Employees do not show up to work on the daily and are still employed.
