    Nice office with country club's facilities, Free flow of Gourmet Coffee, Flexi hour's practices for some groups. The Functional pillar's each with one Chief in charge are very well structured and drawn on the chart


    The company took over two Job's giant in Asia has totally wipe out the good old culture and practices The development team with loads of new talent but just maintaining the legacy platform. Meetings are important to showcase the business of the department or any individuals instead of producing results. Service's oriented Departments have sub-standards Chief , Heads and Managers that make the team's life miserable . One Service's department has more than 80% employee's turnaround in just 2 years
