Pros
You can work in this company forever if you have support from someone who has a political power. You don't need to know your job. Even there is no need to come to work. Even you can easily have high level positions including the top ones. There is no need to have marching skills, background etc. In today's world even the children on the street can speak English but in this company you also do not need to know English aswell. The only valid condition is ; to know someone who has a political power.
Cons
Almost everything. There is no uniq approach. For example , there is no performance awarding system. The system is simply, "CEO Decides Everything" If he likes you you may get 20% increase, if is moderate about you you may get 3-5-7-10%(Nobody can now this this as it depands on from which side of the bed he woke up on that day!) If he does not like you there are two ways, 1- You may get 0% or 2- Your salary is increased by%10 and one month later you will be dismissed! No HR policy, no other policy. No unique approach to anything. What about hiring policy? You have the matching skills, competencies and experiences and you applied for the job. No problem , because there is no one in the company who can assess these against to the position's requirements. So you loose the job. The other candidate gets the job, because he provides the only and one condition; he knows someone who has the political power! By chance you got the job because there was no other candidate. Don't be happy, as soon as there is a candidate with a support form a politician, you will be fired or if you are lucky you will be made working for that person. High level management is totaly lack of managerial skills. Due to this the refinary project that had the dealine for completion as 2015, has now the deadline for completion end of 2018! For example as company procedure managers are not entitled to get company car. But do not be suprised if you see some managers with company cars. These are the previleged ones.
