False guises of getting help from overseas office just to be out of a job & they pay them less
Middle Management has zero say and is forced into uncomfortable situations and circumstances constantly affecting team dynamics
They lay people off with no warning - they’ve had ~3-4 giant cycles of layoffs in about 5 months
False promises of opportunities to move up, they want you to stay where you are and pay you the bare minimum for expanded job roles/responsibilities
Switched healthcares on us and it not only covers less, but is impossible to get care
Silo’d communication - no one knows (or cares) what other departments do, overall damages the company & caliber of work
