Pros
There is some flexibility if you work for the nice boss. Support from team mates and not much office politics. Casual dress code so you can wear whatever you feel like.
Cons
Gets stagnant after a while because the boss isn't the kind to mentor closely. Certain decisions in the company are made without employees consideration. Not a whole lot of transparency and things get found out after a while without explanation. Career progression is there, but salary increment isn't. You get the position but the remuneration doesn't quite match up.
