If there is a problem instead of talking to you about it, they just ignore you. There is a lot of favoritism, so for example, if you're a new bartender, you will never get shifts, they will just keep scheduling you for serving because they have only their specific people that they do. It's all about favoritism.
I thought it was a respected, respectful company towards the employee's, but the way i've been ignored this week.That is a whole different level of disrespect.So no, if you want to be disrespected, go ahead and work for them
