Pros
A lot of very nice people most of whom are temporary. Busy season runs from February to September or October. This is when they hire in extra help, which is good if you are in between jobs. Overall this would be a very good job for college students who are seeking a varied schedule. This company is very accomodating to students. They also try to accomodate moms with childrens schedule.
Cons
No consistency in the training and knowledge given to do each job because of the micro management.. Low pay, no benefits unless you are full time year round.
