    Pros

Strong pipeline, values science, and tries earnestly to live up to tagline of “passion for patients”... smart, driven workforce, and interesting work.

    Cons

Unrealistic expectations and senior leadership not attuned to how the rest of the company is doing. Seemed to be concerned with growth, stock price but less to the employees who make that growth happen. Lack of decision making clarity and empowerment. Hoarding of decisions to highest levels, even for mundane decisions. Career advancement is largely nonexistent.

    Pros

Worked with some great, experienced colleagues who cared about the company's mission and one another. The problem is they became too far and few between.

    Cons

Changes in senior leadership over the past few years had led to a toxic and backstabbing culture. There is a lack of accountability and a feeling that you always need to watch your back because there is always someone trying to make you look bad for any and all mistakes, no matter how small. Micromanagement is rampant and the culture has developed into one where things need to be done yesterday. Management has no rhyme or reason for expediting every project, there is no sense of prioritization, and employees are getting burned out due to lack of resources. Management constantly tells employees not to pay attention to the stock price while honing in on the stock price at every company meeting.
