      Great place to work. Family environment. Provide training to worker. High quality standard.

      Really not much to complain. However, since this is oil and gas consultant company. The work load can be influence by oil price.

      Good atmosphere - relaxed and enjoyable for the most part, great vacation benefits, engineers worked well together, training opportunities, opportunities for shop/plant visits

      Cons

      Management doesn't communicate well about status of current and future projects, unrealistic deadlines set by customer can lead to overwork/stress between employees
