Company Culture Needs Adjustment - Guest Experience Director Selina Employee Review

There is a culture of overwork with basically zero work-life balance. One is expected to be available 24/7 and work on holidays. Financial team lacks transparency when paying back the reasonable travel expenses within their policy. Relationships with vendors were damaged because financial team delays their payments much more than reasonable (reasonable=30 days) up to 6 months or more of delays. Too many meetings that could have been emails. Too many chefs in the kitchen for important projects, leading to delays. A lot of politics for such a young organization. Lines of report not often clear. Managers are spread out too thin and don't give proper direction to their direct reports.
