Communication was lacking between Executives and Management/Staff... too much reporting up, but very little and infrequent information provided to Staff. Management doesn't appear to notice or care of the workload on many employees as they continue to pile it on. Appear to hold very little value or appreciation for the staff. Some executives are slow at responding when a decision is required. The salary ranges are below the standard.
