Regarding hospital benefits, we are every year looking at how we can improve, and at the moment we have one of the best company group health insurances that we could find, with main focus on In Patient, to help mitigate any potential risk of serious sickness or accident by the employees. In addition to this we also have a OPD program where each employee can claim a certain amount each time they go to the hospital.
