After death of Cyrus Mistry, new people have taken over who are not in the spirit of the original company. Almost all seniors have a CV of 1-2 years Max in past companies. The new management is rude to everyone. The CHRO Salgaonkar and his team makes life hell for staff and HR is the chief reason for people to leave.
