    Great Benefits 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday, they pay for A+ and Net + Certifications

    Cons

    If you are new to the industry it can be hard to get another tech onsite to help if needed, but they do train extensively before putting you on a route. You drive your personal car, but they tell you that up front, so the mileage can add up in a large territory

    Flexible Work Environment Great management, Good leave structure, the boss makes you feel at ease and immediate help is available when asked

    Cons

    Less work for interns, no clear work direction given for the internship period. apart from that, it is pretty cool. Loved working.

    Advice to Management

    None. They are pretty good, understanding and guide well. Will provide help if and when needed without second guessing
