Highly political favoritism People with low skill sets are promoted because of their licking skills Top management along with hr is always busy in saas bahu chit chatt. Top managers only listen to one /two favorite bootlicking people and they trust on the reviews of those people only, let it be biased or personal preference based reviews. Top management is not able to able to evaluate the quality of work only the respective fields immediate boss will understand rest of the management will always think u are just doing timepass. By chance if you have good equation with other top management ppl then ur respective immediate boss is behind your life because there is no good equation between different field managers. Everyone is just busy in cribbing about other higher managers or SAS bahu talks are going around or the ultimate best they will try to get into your personal life. Pathetic working hours!! Top managers will be coming around 12/1 and they would expect the lower management to extend their working hours according to them, they won't take a look that lower management comes around 10 a. m but as managers comes late they would go late so they want other people who are coming on time (as per official timings) to go late because all of their work is getting started around 6.00 pm.
