Pros

Good location--and the offices are clean and spacious. They also present a very friendly facade. They also have a nice roster of past clients. But the current clients are dwindling and are mostly comprised of in-house accounts inherited from eBay and its family of companies.

Cons

Very poorly managed, completely arbitrary assessment of work, weak leadership in the creative arena. There is also a clear distinction between those who have worked there a long time, and recent hires. The group who have worked there a long time clearly discriminate against all newcomers. It is a very clique-ey place to work. Think: middle school.

Pros

Work-life balance is respected, colleagues are friendly, dog friendly office and location at the heart of Downtown Campbell Get to work for name brands in B2B as well as B2C space

Cons

No clearly defined growth path for employees Culture is very heads-down in getting work deliverables out on time and this leaves less time to innovate and grow as individuals or collectively
