I have been a contractor of this company for a few months now. They are very new and still growing/developing. They really strive to keep a positive, transparent, uplifting environment. The staff is very kind and jovial. In response to someone who says the companies that Simplr accepts tickets from are sketchy and that you can be on for an entire day and only get one ticket, I'd like to address both of those for newcomers. New Companies: Aside from one large company that Simplr accepts tickets for, the remainder are fairly new companies, as well. One of them is well known and very popular -- has had some issues with backorders, because they are new. They have gotten it together, however, still growing. Nothing to do with Simplr directly. As with Simplr, you are simply answering customer service tickets for these companies. Most of the time, the challenge level is 2.5 out of 5 with5 being the most challenging customers. Once you reach higher levels and rankings as an expert, however, your tickets do become more challenging. In regards to the 1 ticket in a day, this can happen. I don't think it happens anymore, however. The company has grown a little bit and has even taken on new contractors. I don't think they would have done this with people still getting one ticket per day. I will commence to say that the number of tickets one can get per day/week will fluctuate depending on the needs of the clients Simplr hosts.

Cons

Fluctuation of tickets/income per week. Sometimes the hours on the system don't equate to the amount of money you'd wish to make in a day.
