We’re sorry to hear that you perceived your experience to be negative at NAVBLUE. We embrace a speak up culture and feel our leadership team and HR have been available to support our employees. We do our best to provide numerous avenues to allow our employees to communicate transparently such as leadership surveys, engagement surveys, local team talks, the anonymous ability to provide comments/feedback at company wide town hall, skip level meetings with management and coffee chats whenever there are leadership members in the office.
Throughout COVID, we took measures to ensure the safety of our employees was priority and always complied with local government regulations.
We recognize there has been some attrition in sales, but not to the degree that you’ve indicated. We appreciated the contribution to those who have departed and are closely reviewing their feedback.
We are aware of the challenges and opportunities that as a company we face and we try to change accordingly in order to adapt and improve to ensure a successful future. During any major change we always take the time to consider our employees. A recent example of this is the reorganization of one of our departments. We spent several months sitting down with all affected employees, running workshops to ensure everyone had the opportunity to share their feelings, thoughts on best practices and ensure the change would be beneficial to all. We always keep our employees well being top of mind when implementing any new change.
