      So much favouritism in HR and they can do whatever they want. They don’t value supervisors and AP and AR are taken advantage of

      Pros

      Rhe company has a lot of good people to work with - very friendly and helpful. Good work-life balance. rarely have overtime.

      Cons

      The location is not near Toronto - it will be over an hour of drive, so if you prefer the city life, it may not work out for you.
