Pros
SoftPath was a very easy company to work as a contractor for. They were very proactive, making sure I was well prepared for the interview. Their processes for logging hours and getting paid were very straightforward and well documented. They was always someone on the other line to answer questions.
Cons
I hoped they would be more assertive with the client when I asked for a raise. Also, it was difficult to get employment verification from them.
