Till now the journey is commendable and immense...when I got placed in spectral I was not aware about self being identity, but the way i started realising and understanding what self being is all about i started implementing that in life and now i build self identity not just in professional but also start implementing that in personal..all are playing game,and everyone is here to play and win,like players play game in the play ground being a team and build a community through the conversation and understanding each other to win a game,same we are also playing in a game where we need to win and get over it like if you need to be in the game you need to implement four elements that is 2 P's 2 C's, that's first P stands for Participating, second P stands for Performance,third C stands for Culture and the last C the fourth stands for Celebration, and if you want to achieve in the game you need to follow all 4 steps...the session what we don't find in any companies,i can find here..so indepth and real life scenerios to relate...and also if you are keen to learn, this platform is perfect for everyone to grow heights and heights with real life scenarios too...Team is good and cooperative,highly refined and open to learn new technologies all the time.. cooperative, understanding.perks are decent..
