Bad upper Mgmt, Great manager. - Underwriting Assistant Starr Insurance Companies Employee Review

Upper Mgmt doesn't show care or concern for employees well being. The CEO is way too old and out of the modern day loop. He basically rules like a tyrant and it's his way or the door. He's miserable and surrounded by cowards that do as he says without giving any input on the consequences. The company moral is very bad and I know several good friends in the company that have left and all are happier.
