Pros
They gave me my first opportunity to work in the O&G industry and will be forever thankful for the opportunity to work with some great people. The people make the business (those who actually do the work), a great bunch of people who work hard to grow the business
Cons
Senior management within the business are generally clueless and will lead to the downfall of the business(They, on occasions were also sleazy on nights out). I think the business is also solely operated by the support functions and restricts the capabilities to let the operations team grow. The pay scale is miles off what people in the same line of work should be paid, everyone works hard for theirs money at stork but they aren’t reimbursed correctly. It is also a business where if your face doesn’t fit you are out the door and especially will not be given the opportunity to develop and grow even if you out perform those around you!
