Pros

Work on football related stuff…that’s all

Cons

Very micromanaging management telling you exactly what to do and with super outdated ideas. Lack of autonomy. Cut salary to a pathetic amount during covid period but still expecting 100% commitment. Heard that it got even worse after I left. You can make more as a recruit in NS, it’s that pathetic. Got even worse after I left, heard the next batch’s pay also was cut…even the interns. Got told that we will return to full pay after shutdown, but in the end shortchanged with bosses claiming “tight financial situation” despite harping on about their “wonderful investment funding”. Kinda shows either really poor financial management or lack of integrity. Basically asking your to give 101% for the company and get paid peanuts with zero opportunities for progression. Prepare to be super underpaid and get a “we cannot afford to pay that amount” whenever you ask for an increment to anywhere near market rate. My general advise …stay away at all costs cos this place isn’t trustworthy

Pros

Flexible hours; initially quite relaxed. I was the host but also did office work. Hosting was fun, and I did get to play quite a bit of football. The office work assigned to me was very manageable. The environment in the office was really nice too. Everyone made me feel very welcomed, and I really did enjoy myself during the 4 months i was there. I appreciate the CEO, Jian Wei, for encouraging me and telling me not to be discouraged when the director immediately shut down my ideas, or when I made a mistake, he would try to tell me how and where I went wrong rather than just scolding me.

Cons

Nil. Was a really good experience

Pros

Great management that follows your availability Great pay for what you do Get to meet people with the same passion as you

Cons

Some players do not respect the hosts especially if you are new. If you are kind and understanding you will not be able to command them. They expect a drill instructor (to facilitate the games) and a friendly person (to welcome players) as a host. (this will tire you the most) If you don't stay near central DO NOT sign up as a host because traveling time will kill you. If you do decide to sign up please leave IMMIDIATELY if you do encounter any discomfort because you do not get payed if you do not finish their 30-day on boarding period. The players tend to complain even if you can't do anything about it.
