StrataDx is the kind of company you thought only existed in textbooks explaining "what successful companies of the future will be". Focused. Engaging. Driven. Yep, they're all here - from Dr. Cohen at the top all the way down, this company actually "gets it." Employee input is not only sought, but actually valued. Employee suggestions are taken and actually implemented. Management focuses on the needs of the clients and customizes its offerings to make the clients life easier. Where has this company been all my life? From the time I joined StrataDx I was welcomed, appreciated, and my opinions and input were actively solicited. Management does not sit in the Ivory tower here - every time I've been at HQ I've noticed the first people in and the last people to leave are the people driving the ship. They're invested. They're committed. They're an inspiration to all of us with their positive energy and absolute belief in the superiority of their offering. The atmosphere here is always "make it happen" and that positive drive filters through the entire company. Everyone is approachable, and everyone is helpful. There are no "that's not my job" types at this company. If you are a 9 to 5, punch in and serve your sentence for eight hours type this company is definitely not for you.
