Pros
1. Notice period is 1 month for executive and below levels 2. Good work-life balance 3. Noble work culture 4. Senior management is approachable and colleagues are very friendly
Cons
1. Workwise little to zero growth for IT professionals (especially for experienced people). 2. Most of the projects are outsourced, hence zero learning. 3. Great vision but very very poor execution. 4. Sandwich leave policy and odd Saturdays of a month are working days.
